1. Booking inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through this website expresses interest only — it does not reserve an apartment and creates no obligation on either side. Apartments are allocated only through a signed rental agreement with FAANDOLE management.

2. Availability and pricing

We keep the availability shown on this site as current as possible, but availability and pricing are only final when confirmed directly by our office.

3. Resident portal accounts

Portal accounts are created by the FAANDOLE office for tenants. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Payment reports submitted in the portal take effect once confirmed by the office.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website — including attempting to access other tenants' information or submitting false inquiries or payment reports.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
